Nature's Bounty Vitamin B12 1000 mcg Supplements, Supports Energy Metabolism, 200 Ct

These medium sized pink pills have been great to raise my vitamin B as I was low on my last few blood draws and my doctor recommended this amount. I am vegan and don’t get it because I don’t eat animal protein. Taste is fine. I don’t feel any different but my bloodwork is good.

I like the fact that these are small so I take two at a time. I got a good report at the osteoporosis doctor last month. I take them every day.

I got for sciatica and nerve pain it is fine i take with other vitamins too so it doesn’t bother my stomach

It has a pleasant and smell. The texture is smooth and allows you to swallow relatively easy. I have seen improvement in my energy levels throughout the day so I would recommend getting these.

Vitamin B12 is overall an excellent choice for your health. And this brand is a great and affordable option for you.You don't really taste it as you swallow. No weird texture or smell.Now I haven't really felt any difference with taking vitamin B12. But, that's just me.
