Excellent customer service
They weren’t packaged well, so one broke and it was replaced immediately. The scent is very weak compared with the room diffuser version so I probably wouldn’t buy again

Good communication and fault rectification
Sadly on my original order both candles arrived in smashed glass holders. However, the company have rectified this and today I have received a duplicate order, free of charge and crucially, much more securely wrapped. Many thanks for good customer comms.

Pretty but no scent at all
So disappointed with these- they have absolutely no scent at all. I’ve bought this range before and they were great but these are just big plain candles- zero scent. Terrible value for money, complete waste.

Great seller and service
This is a really nice candle with a lovely scent. However the best thing about this purchase was the service received from the seller. One of the candles was slightly damaged and, rather than go through the labourious process of sending it back, the seller just sent me another candle. First class! Thanks
