I'm just starting my journey into sourdough baking. And learning to make sourdough is a journey - smile. This kit came with everything I needed. The Benneton baskets are wonderful. I've baked in them 3-4 times and they make the final proofing phase so much easier. The dough comes out so easily. They also include soe very useful instruction. I'm to glad I chose this set to start my journey. I've included a photo of an activated charcoal sourdough loaf proofing in my Banneton basket. Love it!! And having so much fun using the kit.

I use the banneton weekly and it’s great! This company is so great to work with, one of the first times I used it, the bread expanded and stretched the banneton causing it to break. I reached out and showed them some pictures and the sent me a replacement…no questions asked. They are great. I have had no problems since.

This kit is awesome! I would’ve left 5 stars except the bench scraper shed bits of wood and left a stain on my hand. I read the reviews and that seemed to be a common complaint so I knew what to expect. I ended up sanding all of the varnish off and it seems ok now. I love all of the other tools, so for me it’s worth the price.

Love these, bread fit great in these. I used parchment paper under so transferring then to pans was ne problem . Cleaned up easily!!

When I first came across this sourdough starter kit, I was initially skeptical. Given the affordable price, I assumed the items might be flimsy or of low quality. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that this was not the case at all.The materials included in the kit are sturdy and well-made. I would buy again.

The oblong piece arrived broken. Also the razor blade piece has broken. This was a mistake
