I have been trying to lose weight for some time but always have struggled with my sugar cravings. I am a complete carboholic. Like I cannot say no to those bad carbs.... cookies, cakes, pastries, bread...you get the idea. It was suggested that I try supplementing with L-glutamine and it has worked wonders. I take one between breakfast and lunch and a second between lunch and dinner and have gotten to the point that I don't even think about those treats anymore. My sugars have been stable (pre-diabetic) and I feel really good. I can walk into a Maverick without having to purchase a cookie or muffin and that for me is almost impossible! 😂 I have lost 5.8 lbs in the past two weeks and am really happy I gave this product a try.

Loving my product.Only wish I had known about it sooner.I have psoriasis/eczema. Noticed I was having issues constipated,bloated often.Nothing seemed to keep me normal.Even stool softeners didnt work .This does.only I suggest take it at noon.or before 7pm.I noticed It makes me nauseous. If I take it before bed.Dont do it.I only use half of the scoop.Not entire amount.It works really well keeps me normal.

I have tried a different brand of glutamine in the past, but found this brand at a lower price point. Unfortunately, I have found that this particular brand has an off-putting smell to it which I have not encountered before. It also tastes strange and if I burp, it tastes weird on repeat. I will not be purchasing this glutamine from Amazing Formulas again.

My daughter uses a naturopath, but the supplement suggested was expensive. So, we met with someone at Whole Foods to help us create a supplement that would be less expensive. This is one of the ingredients in the expensive supplement and my daughter is on her second bottle for her bowel disease management. It’s been a smooth transition regarding her health, and is much more affordable. So, working well for her!

The list of ingredients is different from what was shown in image. The image shows that the pills are made of glycerin however there pills that arrived are made of vegetable cellulose. I have allergy to that. Completely misguided me. Horrible
