Was so excited about this .looks great and works well to be honest when attached to the outletHowever remote was not working even after following all instructions and putting new batteries.Hence returned

Disappointed
We bought 2 pcs for our bar area, both arrived on time as scheduled but a similar product arrived with a different remote & no instructions. The guide on this site about how to use the remote does not apply to the item we received. Both disco balls arrived damage with significantly cracked domes. To be honest a waste of time but what to expect for such a cheap item, I guess. We live & learn. No dancing for me tonight :-(
