I bought a bunch of these, when I started getting carpal tunnel. This one was not very good and kind of made my hand feel like it was bound AF. Couldn’t sleep. Put my thumb in weird position. It might work for someone with mild carpal tunnel.

First thing first. It does the job.Keeps the wrist supported and managed properly, so it is not strained.However, it could do with better workmanship.The item I received has loose threads, unfinished edges, and, generally speaking, not what I expect of a 3M branded product.If it survives for a month, I'll be surprised.
