Since my laptop's motherboard was found to be corrupted (thanks for installing it and explaining everything, Best Buy), I had to return it, but it worked perfectly fine. It was painful to know that my longtime partner was actually dead, but at least this battery woke me up from my delusion. Good product, good compnay. Recommend 10/10.

The battery provided lasted less than two months (installed February 17th removed April 2nd), with the left-hand cell growing in size (thickness) causing a bending the base plate for the computer. Amazon policies limit refund / return to only 30 days, so buyer beware.

This is the 2nd replacement battery for my HP Spectre360 laptop I've purchased. It installed easily and so far (2 weeks in) my computer is running well.

I had just accepted my HP laptop was just not going to work without power attached. My old battery had gotten big and puffy and was to a point the laptop could not close. I had been living that life for a while. But then the laptop would die if I was just doing a lot at once even if it was plugged in. I decided instead of a new laptop, maybe I could try this. Very glad I did, it was a very quick and easy swap. Just used the little tools they provide and did it at work on my break. Fit perfectly, and a single charge lasts over 4 hours even if I'm doing Illustrator which eats batteries for breakfast. It was such a treat to be able to use it for so long without the adapter. My one complaint is that it does get hot, and the computer runs the fan of course. If you unplug the laptop tho it seems to cool right down, and even after a few months I am still impressed with the quality and value. So much easier and cheaper than having to buy a new laptop, transfer files, etc.

My computer revived! so far the battery is working fine. Will purchase again when the battery needs replacement.

Should have advised which screws to take out to open laptop but the battery works great.

I bought this battery and installed it easily, but now it won't hold a charge anymore within only a few months of use. Reaching out to customer support for a return possibility. Will update the review as necessary.

Worked for about a month and now I have to keep it plugged in to use my laptop.
