These straps are strong enough to hold me with no problem and they are very comfortable. Really well made for the money

Works well, hooks aren't place in the best spot
Works like you think it would. Hang perfectly from my pull up bar. Connecting hooks are not in the most perfect location, but it does not interfere with workout. Easy to take on and off. Good quality. Feels very stable.

It won't work if you are overweighed .
This didn't work for me. I gave two star because it may work for someone else. It depends if your elbow can tolerate your weight.
