Not really a powder
Just a heads up to say if you really want a powder gelatine (as you'd expect from the description) then my experience is that this is not the product to go for, as it resembles granulated sugar sized crystals. It seems ok, but many selling points have to be about trust and it is difficult to do so when the product is not as described and expected
