Good product good price. Before I began taking magnesium glycinate, I had quite severe muscle cramps in my lower extremities on a fairly frequent basis. These cramps were very painful. Honestly, since beginning this regimen, two of these capsules each day, one morning and one evening, I have not had muscle cramps to speak of. It is now a very rare event.

Love these, great quality. Great price, much better price than some other name brands. Only thing is the capsules have loose powder coated on them but it’s really not an issue.
