I've been looking for an effective stress relief supplement, and this ‘De-Stress and Sleep’ pack has truly impressed me. After my grandpa recently passed away, I found it difficult to relax and fall asleep. I had tried other products and they didn’t work at all, so I was initially hesitant to try this one. However, this product has been incredibly helpful.I think the difference is that it’s more than just melatonin; it has a blend of magnesium, ashwagandha, and other natural ingredients. I also appreciate that these are capsules. When searching for the best selling products on Amazon, a lot of products seem to be gummies. I just don’t need the unnecessary sugars right before bed. Since I started using them, I’ve had much better sleep, my stress improved, and I have been generally more relaxed. If you're looking for a destress or sleep supplement, highly recommend!

At first I was a touch skeptical about the ability of this product getting me through the night. But after trying it for few days, I have to say it works very well. Before De-Stress & Sleep, I was taking half a Unisom nightly. But that often left me feeling groggy and drowsy. I don’t feel that after using De-Stress. I also like the fact that it’s an all natural product.My only caveat regarding this product is that there are 4 large capsules that need to be taken and right before bed. I found that taking them together leaves me feeling with that “full” feeling in the chest, like you ate too much too quickly. The feeling goes away and I don’t wake up feeling any type of indigestion, but that is my only “complaint”. I will adjust my sleep regimen so as not to take them all together to see if that alleviates my symptoms.I highly recommend this product, especially if you are someone like me who has issues falling and staying asleep. I also feel less stressed during my day. I don’t know if that’s a by product of being rested from a full night’s sleep or the herbs used that makes you feel more “chill”. Regardless of the source, it is an added benefit.

There's not a lot to say about these because like any supplement they're going to affect everyone a little differently. I think they're fine, the packets could be a little smaller given there's just a few pills in each but that's more a nitpick than anything.This is one of those products that will to appeal to someone that's trying to maximize convenience. You could accomplish something very similar by buying these supplements separately, there's nothing special in them, but a nice convenience to having a small packet that you can just rip open for you supplements daily. Far from eco-friendly with all the little plastic packets but as I said this appeals to a certain type of person and if that person is you then it's worth checking out.

I have been taking this product for a while now and I LOVE IT. It’s an incredible sleep supplement. I feel much more relaxed at the end of my busy work day. I have been taking sleep aides from the likes of Olly and Natrol but I don’t like having to take gummies with sugars at night, or just melatonin on its own. This blend has a bunch of awesome ingredients that I can definitely feel working.

There are so many great ingredients in these capsules. I like that it has ingredient like vitamin C and Zinc that are great for immune boosting. These capsules also have a lot of ingredients that I regularly take like Ashwaganda, L-Theanine and Melatonin. I also like that these are made in the USA. The one thing I'm not happy about is that this also includes Magnesium Stearate -- which is used in a lot of lower quality supplements. So many better quality supplements are made without Magnesium Stearate, and I wish this one had followed suit. I liked everything else about these capsules, but the Magnesium Stearate is the reason why I won't reorder.

Bought this item to help with my mood/stress as well as my sleep. Didn't realize it came with a P65 warning because it is NOWHERE on the item's page. Very deceitful.
