If you're looking for a subtle, gentle breeze of relief—keep walking. These things slap your throat with the power of 1,000 mentholated hammers. You don't ease into comfort, you're launched into it like a throat-coughing rocket to calm-town.And sugar-free? Yes! Finally, a drop that doesn’t turn my mouth into a sticky caramel crime scene. My dentist and pancreas both sent thank-you notes.Effectiveness? Listen, I went from sounding like a dying Victorian orphan to a professional podcast host in under 10 minutes. My coworkers were stunned. One asked if I’d been to a shaman. Nope—just Mucinex.Downsides? Well, the first time I tried one, I made the mistake of biting it. My sinuses were cleared, my ancestors were contacted, and I temporarily saw through time. But other than that, A+.Would I recommend? Only if you enjoy breathing, talking, and not sounding like a haunted accordion.

I am a repeat buyer of this product. I don’t remember how many times I have reordered it’s cheap it’s tasty and it works so I can’t ask for much more.

My Husband Uses These at Night Before Bed To Not Cough at Night. It works 100%. These drops do have a perm like smell though.
