I purposely bought name brand Lava. The thing doesn't get hot enough to make the lava move. I bought more bulbs figuring it was that but it was a no go. I wouldn't buy this again!

It’s slightly murky which I could forgive if there was enough lava for it to really do anything. Every 5 minutes maybe you get one big blob… unless it manages to get stuck onto or never leave the bottom. Definitely not like the old school lamps.
