This pays for itself in 30 minutes (half the cost of a one hour professional massage). I have tried all the massage tools and this one is by far the best. I have chronically sore neck/shoulder upper trapezeius pain, and I'm able to position this to reach the spots that even humans have trouble finding. The arm slings allow me to completely relax during the massage. Highly recommend.

It is a great product works great only problem is with this company or another the material wears thin and tears over the bulbs wide open then can't use afraid torn material will get caught . All the ways I've tried to contact the company directly has failed all dead ends!! Of coarse it happens after there time period to reach them. I am a faithful user the last company was the same dead end couldn't reach them still works great mechanically so it's a common problem. They need to use a heavier material.

The massage is super intense. May not be suitable if you cannot handle a lot of pressure. It is impossible to know whether or not you have the heat turned on because the buttons have no background light. (Or if there is one, it is impossible to see in the daylight).I like the timer function and the massage does the trick in most instances. I like the holes made to allow for arms to help control movement and stabilize. If they weren’t included, I can see the thing walking away on its own!

This massager is amazing! I have bad neck pain and some back pain and this really helps work the area. It actually has enough pressure to really get in the knots. If you are someone who would rather it be lighter feeling just don't lean into it or put your hands in the straps and pull down. It has heat and plugs in which is great, you don't have to charge it up. The cord is long enough to plug in with no issues. Absolutely worth buying!

ABSOLUTE GAMECHANGER. This thing is amazing. Pretty intense, you don't want to lie down on it and don't need to press into it, just lean against it in a chair. The rollers point a bit up or down, depending how you have it oriented, and the different sizes make for a kneading effect that's really great. Heat function doesn't get really hot, just warm. Feels awesome on my neck, shoulders, lower back.

At first this seemed like it worked great, but each time my wife uses it she feels worse afterward. I think it is probably too strong. I would have returned it, but Amazon's policy is a strict 30 days. I tried to return it on day 31. :-( Guess we shouldn't have given it so many opportunities to work. Lesson learned. No second chances for questionable products from now on.

tweaked my neck again and read that this was the best overall neck massager on amazon........SETTINGS: it only has speed, rotation direction, and heat settings. i wish it had one more for intensity/strength.BATTERY: gets plugged in whenever it's being used so battery life and charging is not much of an issue for me.QUALITY: fabric seems like good quality and doesn't hurt my skin, however i'm about 5' tall and it's a little too bulky to wear comfortably. would appreciate if these companies offered a smaller size.my neck feels so much better after using it a few times day and that's already worth 3 stars.

The cord is a bit cumbersome, but it does such a good job that I'm still giving it 5 stars. If you're someone who carries tension in your upperback/neck, this is what you need. It had me drooling.
