As with any supplement, you should consult your doctor and do your research.The product was well packaged, and well sealed.It came with a small hemispherical scooper. The instructions say to use 2/3 of a scoop..... Why didn't they just include the correct sized scoop? Trying to judge 2/3 of a half-sphere is nearly impossible, so I just use a full scoop.The smell of the powder is not what I expected. It smells like similar power-shake powders, and not like earth and mushrooms like I expected. It smells like food, not dirt.It doesn't have a distinct taste in my morning coffee, which is a good thing. I can taste a difference, but it's not bad and barely noticeable.It doesn't dissolve very well. It often leaves small amounts of undissolved powder at the bottom of my mug.The effects are not strong or immediate. However, after several days of continuous use, I do feel good. I feel more focused through the day, with less stress, and more balanced moods.... Could it be placebo? Sure, but I don't think so. I like the results of using this supplement.If you want to experience the effect of functional mushrooms and ashwagandha, than this powder is a great way to do it.Cons:*It should have the correct sized scooper.*I wish it had the amounts of each individual mushroom, instead of just the whole blend.*Could dissolve a bit better.*Says it only uses fruiting bodies, but it's an extract. There's no actual mushrooms in the powder (I guess this could also be a "pro" depending on personal preference).I Recommend.

I received this mushroom powder and have been trying it out for the past few weeks. I add it to my coffee in the morning. I have tried several other brands of mushroom powder blends. Some of them have a strong and less than pleasant flavor, but this one is definitely palatable. There is no strong odor, just a mild earthiness. It stirs into coffee easily and does not fall out of solution to the bottom of the cup.The bag has a scoop inside. The serving size is less than a full scoop: 2/3 of a scoop, so whether I actually get 90 servings has yet to be determined since it's hard to know what 2/3 actually is. Most days I probably scoop closer to a full scoop.Do make note that this powder is not only mushrooms. It also includes adaptogens: ashwaganda, rhodiola rosea, and black pepper extract. I like that this powder uses the fruiting bodies of the mushrooms, and that it includes 16 varieties.I'm pretty impressed with this mushroom powder and will keep using it.

I have reviewed many of this brand's electrolyte mixes so I was excited to try their mushroom blend. I am very grateful that it was shipped in it's own envelope, because unfortunately, the product's bag had two breaks where the product was spilling out (minus one star for this). I probably should have tossed it into the bin, but I really wanted to try it so I took the chance and made a cup. Unlike other mushroom blends I have tried, this one basically tells you to mix it into something else; there was no mention of drinking it by itself. Since I wanted to try the flavor, I took 2/3 scoop as described, and mixed it with 8 oz. of water. I didn't mind the flavor. It was very mild, earthy, and tasted a bit like broth. I remain skeptical about mushroom coffee with varying experiences with different brands, but this blend from Venture Pal is top notch. It mixes easily, especially in hot water or coffee, and has an earthy flavor that’s not overpowering. I haven’t tried it in cold drinks yet. I would say I feel more focused and energized without some of the the jitters I usually get from drinking regular coffee alone.Keep in mind this is mushroom powder expected to be mixed with another drink. The fact it includes ingredients like Lion’s Mane and Reishi for health benefits is a bonus.

I saw advertising online for mushroom coffee but this one intrigued me more because it is powder than you mix with other drinks, so the package will last longer. I tried it and i like it! it is mild and not really noticeable in my morning coffee so i like it. I like all the mushroom ingredients for the benefits to drink it plus it provides energy boost so I will continue to consume it.

It seems to be doing its purpose. The powder doesn't mix well in hot liquids. Other than that, no other issues

I feel more energized and clearer in the head! It’s way less expensive that the brands I hear about on the podcasts. If you’re wanting to try mushroom powder, give this one a shot!
