From design to performance, everything feels polished. The sound is immersive, especially the bass it hits hard without overpowering the mids or highs. What I really liked is the call quality thanks to the dual mics and ENx tech, people hear me clearly even outdoors. The fit is snug and comfortable, no ear fatigue even after hours. Battery life is amazing; I charge it once and forget about it for days. The glass-look case is stylish, though I wish the lid felt a bit sturdier. Also, I faced a minor issue once where one earbud didn’t connect, but re-pairing solved it. Overall, a solid all rounder.

Defective. Not working. Tried for replacement but no luck. Customer care Amazon nicely wash their hands off. Go to seller is what Amazon says...is Amazon not the seller?? My main use is to take meetings in office and these buds does that perfectly. It has good mic quality as well as audio quality , it is super handy, comfy and classy. This is fantastic for long time or if you just forget to charge them frequently.

The color shown in thumbnail is not same at all in thumbnail photo it looks shiny because of lighting but when it came in hand it is not even close quality is good battery backup is good but color is not matching only 3 star for battery and also 3 star for sound
