Fit perfectly and easy to install There are 2 half pieces so it comes with 2 supports which fit right into a slot on the grill.This grate is fairly new but, so far, so good. I'll update if I run into any problems after cooking on this cast iron grill plate for a few months in the summer. Not bad and a bit cheaper than the OEM.

I bought one of these two years ago and it rusted out. It get little flakes of rust that stick to the food being cooked and which are crunchy and unpleasant. I don't know of a way to prevent this so I guess it's just something I have to live with by buying new grates every few years. The instructions suggest keeping the grate oiled with cooking oil, which I haven't been doing but will start, especially when I'm not using the grill frequently. Maybe it will help.Otherwise the grates are good quality, are easy to install with the included clips, and are well packed.

6 months and no issues. Glad I bought them. My 3200 is still in excellent shape the grates had just started flaking.

These grates fit perfectly in my Weber Q grill and are very ease to keep clean and have not rusted at all after 2 seasons of use.
